Service Description

Corporate Yoga classes are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group. Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day, a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day or a great addition to any event you may be holding for your employees. This is a one hour yoga class. Location is up to you, just make sure you're providing enough room for everyone. Let's chat and please confirm BEFORE booking. Additional fees may apply for travel over 10 miles. Yoga mat rentals are $3 per mat. All new students must sign the liability waiver before first class.
